1. Order Cancellation Window
1.1. Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
1.2. After this window, all sales are considered final, and the order will follow our Return and Refund Policy.
2. How to Request a Cancellation
2.1. To request a cancellation, email us at support@powerpulsehq.com with:

Reason for cancellation
2.2. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. We do not accept cancellations via social media messages or phone (unless specified otherwise).
3. Cancellation Confirmation
3.1. A cancellation is not considered final until you receive written confirmation from our support team.
3.2. If your order has already entered processing or shipment, it cannot be cancelled and may be eligible for return under our standard policy.
4. Pre-Order & Backorder Cancellations
4.1. Orders for pre-order or backordered items can be cancelled before processing, but are still subject to a 10% processing fee.
4.2. Once these items enter fulfillment, standard cancellation restrictions apply.
5. Subscription or Recurring Billing Cancellations
(Include this section if your site ever uses recurring billing.)
5.1. If your purchase includes a subscription or membership with recurring billing, you may cancel it at any time by emailing support@powerpulsehq.com at least 72 hours before the next billing cycle.
5.2. Charges processed prior to cancellation are non-refundable, but access will continue through the end of the billing period.
6. Manufacturer Fulfillment
6.1. Because our products are fulfilled through third-party manufacturers or distributors, once your order has entered fulfillment or shipping, we cannot cancel or intercept it.
6.2. In these cases, you may be able to return the item per the guidelines in our Return and Refund Policy.
7. Liability Waiver
7.1. Power Pulse HQ is not liable for any cancellation request delays due to missed emails, incorrect information provided, or support volume.
7.2. Customers assume full responsibility for placing their order accurately and requesting cancellation within the appropriate timeframe.
