1. Delivery Overview

1.1. Power Pulse HQ partners with third-party manufacturers and shipping carriers to deliver products directly to our customers.
1.2. Delivery methods, timeframes, and carriers may vary based on product type, supplier, and customer location.


2. Standard Delivery

2.1. Most products are shipped using standard ground delivery via USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or another comparable service.
2.2. Estimated delivery times typically range from 5 to 10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and warehouse availability.
2.3. These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


3. Freight & Oversized Deliveries

3.1. Some items—especially large or heavy equipment—will be shipped via freight delivery.
3.2. Freight deliveries may require curbside drop-off and do not include inside delivery, unpacking, or setup unless otherwise specified.
3.3. Customers are responsible for being present to receive and inspect freight shipments. Additional fees may apply for missed or rescheduled deliveries.


4. Drop Shipping

4.1. Many products listed on our site are shipped directly from the manufacturer or authorized distributor.
4.2. These items may ship separately from other items in your order and may arrive in branded or neutral packaging.
4.3. Power Pulse HQ does not control the inventory or shipping schedules of third-party fulfillment partners and is not liable for delays outside our control.


5. Multiple Shipments

5.1. If your order contains multiple products from different suppliers, it may arrive in separate packages and on different days.
5.2. Tracking numbers will be provided for each shipment when available.


6. Delivery Area Limitations

6.1. We currently ship to residential and commercial addresses in the continental United States.
6.2. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international locations unless otherwise noted on a product page.
6.3. Deliveries to remote or rural areas may experience extended delivery times.


7. Delivery Issues & Exceptions

7.1. Power Pulse HQ is not responsible for:

  • Delivery delays caused by weather, natural disasters, customs holds, or carrier issues

  • Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier
    7.2. If your delivery appears lost or you didn’t receive tracking updates, please contact us at support@powerpulsehq.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.


8. Customer Responsibility

8.1. It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Provide an accurate and complete shipping address

  • Be available to receive deliveries

  • Inspect packages upon receipt and report any damage within 48 hours

8.2. Failure to follow these requirements may affect eligibility for returns or refunds under our Return Policy.
