1. Packaging Source and Style

1.1. All products are shipped directly from our manufacturers or authorized suppliers.
1.2. Packaging may arrive in:

  • Branded boxes from the manufacturer or distributor

  • Unbranded or generic packaging, depending on fulfillment methods

  • Multiple boxes for large or multi-item orders

1.3. Power Pulse HQ does not control the external appearance of the packaging.


2. Package Contents

2.1. Each package will contain the ordered item(s) and may include:

  • Manufacturer documentation or warranty information

  • Product instructions (if provided by the supplier)

  • Return instructions if applicable

2.2. Invoices or packing slips may or may not be included, depending on the shipper’s standard practices.


3. Separate Shipments

3.1. Orders with multiple products may be fulfilled from different warehouses and shipped in separate packages, which may arrive on different dates.
3.2. Each shipment will have its own tracking number (if provided).


4. Missing or Incomplete Packages

4.1. If part of your order is missing, please check your shipping confirmation email for multiple tracking numbers.
4.2. In some cases, packages may be delivered on different days even if ordered together.
4.3. If a package appears missing, please:

  • First, check with the carrier using the tracking number

  • Then, contact support@powerpulsehq.com if further help is needed


5. Damaged or Tampered Packages

5.1. If your package appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery, you must notify us within 48 hours.
5.2. Email support@powerpulsehq.com with:

  • Photos of the box and damaged contents

  • Your order number and shipping address

5.3. We will work with the carrier or manufacturer to resolve the issue. Power Pulse HQ is not liable for damage caused during transit, but we’ll do our best to assist in accordance with supplier policies.


6. Packaging & Eco-Friendly Options

6.1. Some manufacturers use recycled or eco-conscious packaging materials.
6.2. We support sustainable shipping efforts where available, but packaging choices are determined by each supplier and may vary by item.


7. Unboxing Disclaimer

7.1. Please exercise care when opening packages with sharp tools.
7.2. Power Pulse HQ is not responsible for damage caused during unboxing.
